    I'm not sure how to rate this. As a general rule, I would have to say the statement is very accurate more often than not. A good example would be the occupying statist theocracy infesting this land. The high priests / priestesses thereof advance a demonic enslavement of their perceived chattel, proving up a malefactor ethics by creating and enforcing compelled compliance, government licensing, victimless crimes, larceny with impunity (2nd plank of the communist manifesto, funny money, police State confiscations, etc.) and prosecution of anyone that would express inalienable rights, liberty or personal sovereignty. Said theocratic patrons have in fact chosen to be lower than the dirt the individual noble sovereign(s) walk upon.
