Cooley is a very good man. He is about much more than the enslaving of the communist manifesto's second plank. This reminds me of: THESE are the times that try men's souls. The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of their country; but he that stands by it now, deserves the love and thanks of man and woman. Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered; yet we have this consolation with us, that the harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph. I knew this man personally and sacrificed along with him for all he stood for. He was a wonderful man, loving, patient and kind, and a very spiritual soul. He sacrificed everything...his home, his property, money, and family inheritance, All was eventually taken away.....all for what he believed in......all so his children, grandchildren and everyone else in this country would have a chance at living a life of Liberty and Freedom. He was my father.

    There are so many Marvin Cooley's listed in the papers, I can't guess which one this is. It would be good to know a little more about him: Birth, occupation, etc to show which he is in the list of people with the same name.
