The congress pays little except lip service to the Constitution so they aren't botherd by the 10th ammendment.

General police power indeed -- Washington knows no bounds -- the US military might is being wielded globally. Who is to blame? The American people, ultimately, for acting in collusion with their masters and for not having enough integrity and honor to stamp out corruption in their own government.
