Meaning Montana doesn't want concealed carry?
Oh well, an exposed holster works just as well.

Wow, and it started out phenomenal - it doesn't get any more clear than that. Hmmm, who gave the employed servants the, at natural law ability to permit or not permit certain of their master sovereign's individual inalienable rights? Who is the sovereign that needs, or could be "legally summoned" by his illusions of grandeur / despotic servants ? By inalienable right, each individual may associate freely (without summons), when and with whom ever he pleases (well armed individually or in concert in a well regulated militia ! by definition armed defines private use while regulated is the equivalent of armed in a military setting ).

WRONG!

The US Constitution granted the right, States have no role in redefining the second amendment.

I agree with NorCal. Big Government is NOT part of our USA Constitution. The U.S. Constitution gave us the rights to bears arms. give to us by Our Founding Fathers. Benjamin Franklin is one of Founding Fathers. It did not say what kind or specific guns that we can buy and owns. only said "The Rights to bear arms" so that mean any type of guns are illegal.
