The being man, the laws of nature and of nature's God, liberty (as references from the tangible being / inside out), freedom (liberty's legal execution) and rights are all inalienable, absolutes and unchangeable. The administration of all such will vary as to the nature of the society (thus is the common law - by way of example, rural Alaska's focus differs from Silicon Valley's, California's farming outlook differs from Montana's ranching, Montana's ranching doesn't encompass all of Chicago's business, Nevada won't go into the same open nautical depth as New York, etc.) The associating principles, the original legal limitations, and the de jure tendencies of humanity were simply addressed in the Constitution. It is not that the Constitution could be changed to better administer the here referenced absolutes or that which "IS", it is that the Constitution has been made irrelevant to enslave the noble being man.
