St. George Tucker Quote

“Civil rights, as we may remember, are reducible to three primary heads; the right of personal security; the right of personal liberty; and the right of private property. In a state of slavery, the two last are wholly abolished, the person of the slave being at the absolute disposal of his master; and property, what he is incapable, in that state, either of acquiring, or holding, in his own use. Hence, it will appear how perfectly irreconcilable a state of slavery is to the principles of a democracy, which form the basis and foundation of our government.”

There is a great string of absolute truth running through this overall prevarication. The once noble sovereign of the land of the free and home of the brave now abides a slave state's status as helots, serfs and slaves. In a body of inalienable rights, being an inherent faculty of birth, there is an absolute of each and every, any and all rights. Civil rights can be a simple administrative differentiation between criminal and non-criminal understandings. BUT & WHILE ! ! ! today's inflicted concept of "Civil Rights" derives from the god state with little to no consideration of individual anything lawful (the god state can give, as well as take away any personal security, personal liberty and a perfected allodium freehold - no private ownership is today recognized, only titles) Personal security is threatened and at its best - at the whim of the occupying statist theocracy now infesting this land. Personal liberty and private property have been wholly abolished. The foundation of the de jure States united body politic was antithetical to the principles of a democracy (majority vs. minority) The de jure States united's principles were that of a republic - each and every, any and all being equal before the law.

Reduced to a state of Proletariat, The States following suit, in line with the Federal Government. To clean house must start at the bottom and move up. Let the chips fall where they may.
