Really good quote!

Not quite sure how to rate this. By example; "free" and "democratic government" is an oxymoron. Secrecy? Does the despotism, totalitarianism and tyranny of Democracy work best when it is known to each individual or does the secret lie of what democracy really is keep it alive.
