Applied commonsense among an armed citizenry. Open carry makes for better neighbors. yet, grandma's purse carried a small pistol. hence the power of the purse. 

The "right" is: to keep and bear arms PERIOD No written ideology of carnal man can lawfully usurp or limit that right.

This quote, is the stance of a criminal citizenry. The educated citizen has all their investment in the sanctity of life and the forces of nature to preserve.  Those bearing arms question nothing, the educated question everything. 

We should not prepare ourselves to be violent savages, but prepare ourselves to be nonviolent human beings. Seeking nonviolent methods and practices is the course towards human understanding and appropriateness.
