There was a bumper sticker once that said something like, "The naive don't have a clue (to their vulnerability, or state of mind). Jesus said if we have eyes to see and ears to hear, then we will believe [the truth]. If not, we become prey for the roaring lion and will be deceived and consumed. It's up to us. If we love the truth, God will make sure we find it, whatever the subject.
