Innocent American blood is spilled for control of the world's product while, the giant lie perpetrated by Mr. Obamunist Goodwrench the assassin is that we don't have enough for our own consumption right here under the ground we call home. The occupying statist theocracy infesting this land won't allow enough drilling to supply a secure and prosperous economy, thus constituting its stupendous source(s) of strategic power over We The People. Reply E Archer, NYC 5/31/12 The cause of war is undefended wealth. When it becomes easy to invade a small oil-rich nation, the excuse is often made that it is to protect Americans' freedom. The control of oil is and has been the primary purpose for US military in the Middle East. The goals are to protect several monopolies - first to make sure that oil continues to be traded in US dollars, second to protect US company pipelines in countries like Afghanistan, and third to prop up foreign government officials to keep the money flowing. Of course, the idea is that all this war helps support the military-industrial complex and keeps those government contracts going. SaveOk2 SaveOk2 View CommentsClick to view or comment.
