I was once on a capital murder panel and during voir dire, I asked a question that touched on this subject and both attorneys asked to approach the bench. We were all told to take a 10 minute break. When we came back all 32 of the remaining panel was dismissed (4 had already been dismissed). They dismissed the whole panel because I had asked a question about the law that only suggested that there may be such a thing as jury nullification, though not by a particular name.
