We have reading classes in college to teach college students how to read. This is an example of our wonderful public school education. Public schools are more to indoctrinate than to teach.

The republicans and democrats are two sides of the same coin. You can barely tell the difference. The only party of small government and low taxes is the Libertarian party. Naturally the republicrats make sure that they are never part of any of those phony "debates" at election time.

In Academia today you are free to say anything you want as long it hews to the liberal line. If you say one negative word about Islam you will be in a Kangaroo court and sent to sensitivity training faster than Obama can say amnisty.

The message to me is , as long as you depend on money, food , clothing , shelter, etc., you are subserviant to whomever is giving these items to you and you are not free.

As to the 14th Amendment, I say get rid of it and return to a pole tax like we had in Texas when I first voted. It's a great guard against all the riff raff voting for government handouts.. And make no mistake,this amnesty stuff that Komrad Obama is pushing is only a get out the vote for democrats campaign. He's desperate to get it passed before November.

Waffler had some points but they are negated by his referrance to Tea Party "air heads". I suspect that the early patriots in the American Revolution would have been called "air heads" if this description had been known. Waff, to see an airhead, just look in a mirror.
