Having survived a communist regime for 17 years, this quote of Stalin is the most benign comparing to the many other demonic words and deeds he implemented on millions of people in my country, by proxy. So,those of you who are demanding the proof of this quote being said by Stalin, I do not wish you to experience communism ever, so I suggest you read more. Stalin's words are just a piece of cake compared to his brutality from the pit of hell.
