If God's disapproval is the argument for not robbing, raping and murdering, then ethics is a matter of faith. If the laws of reality are the reason we shouldn't violate each other's rights, then ethics is a necessary and sufficient derivative of evidence, logic and reason. The Left have picked up the weapons of reason , which they had no claim to, and used their perverse version of it to undermine those who imagine they can defend morality with faith. That's why they are winning. The VFW need to reaffirm this pledge and fight for it on the grounds that the individual is sovereign, an ends in his or her self, not a means to the ends of others.
