All that money has been spent and the programs are not fully funded anymore. Medicare is being replaced with Obamacare and Social Insecurity is on the way out. There is nothing in it's trust fund but an IOU from Congress. I often think what I could have done for myself with all that money I paid in and matched by my employer for the last 47 years.
