For those of you who did not grow up during the 50's and 60's--the cold war era, there was such a quote. I cannot attribute it to a particular leader, but I remember hearing it back then. It was so shocking that most who lived during that time will have a vague recollection if they watched any news reports at all. I am pretty sure it was either Stalin or Kruschev.
