John Taylor Quote

“Constitutions are violated, and it would be absurd to expect the federal government to enforce the Constitution against itself. If the very federal judges the Constitution was partly intended to restrain were the ones exclusively charged with enforcing it, then “America possesses only the effigy of a Constitution.” The states, the very constituents of the Union, had to do the enforcing.”

Welcome to a hung in effigy substantiveless form of what was to be. The United Socialists of Amerika have been dumbed and numbed sufficiently that they embrace the violation.

The earl Warren and Warren Burger courts certainly didn't go by any written constitution.

This is the problem we face today -- unchecked government power. The only real check against federal usurpation resides with the States themselves. Free and independent States is what America was all about -- when that happens again, there will be a chance to return to fundamentals. The next succession is ultimately the only way to go. We don't necessarily need new State and federal Constitutions, we simply need to be able to make the federal government obey them. If they have all the guns, money, and power, how are we to resist their unconstitutional dictates? With OUR guns, money, and power! Once States start issuing their own currencies (in effect State and municipal bonds are the equivalent) the disconnection from the beast can begin. Non-interest-bearing script was the key to colonial independence -- as well as the retention of their own arms and unhampered trade among the citizenry, and it is the same today. When people fight for their own rights in their own land, look out! ;-)

The realization of the Noble Vision of the Founders would be the restoration of the what was once rooted in Virtue character of the nation.

It is hardly possible for any in whom Virtue does not reside to value that the value of which they cannot comprehend.
