The People need only to reassert their sovereignty ... and throw off the private Federal Reserve System that holds every state in indentured servitude.

True for the Canadian provinces as well.  All were established as sovereign commonwealths with gold as currency.  Quebec still has a National Assembly, always has.  The Crown still lays claim to the USA as well, that doesn't make it so...

Nature's God is self-evident to those who do not wish to act like gods and rule others.

Who is surprised that Fred the Socialist is a government supporter?

E Archer, NYC

Twain was a classic liberal, not a social democrat.  Liberals are liberal no more...

Remember, it is the Truth that sets you free.

If free thought leads to falsity, it cannot ever lead to true liberty.  While knowledge is power, only the truth can free us from the bondage of lies and falsehood.  Know what is true, that is the way to true liberation.

The most ignored aspect of a republican form of government is the individual's AGREEMENTS — his/her signature.  Legally speaking, we are bound to pay taxes to the government because we AGREED to in writing.  Your signature binds you.

Same for traffic codes — you are bound to them when you agree to a driver's license or when you transfer ownership of your car to the State and become a 'beneficiary'.  As such, you are no longer the owner of the car but have granted it in trust to the State and have received a 'title' for its use.  You are then liable for following all the rules and ordinances because those are the conditions of using the car now put in trust with the State.  Read your title — you are a beneficiary, not the owner.

There are LOTS of 'laws' like that which do not apply to you until you have signed on the dotted line.  Read the fine print.  In a republic, you are sovereign and held to your word because you ARE sovereign.  Otherwise, government could make up all kinds of 'laws' and you would be automatically bound because you are NOT sovereign but a subject.

Little by little, colorable law has usurped the common law, and generations have forgotten who they are.  Power is now assumed by government officers with the ignorant masses playing along.

Also, a little known fact, only real money (gold and silver) can purchase property or discharge a debt.  Using Federal Reserve Notes (promissory notes, i.e. IOU's) do not actually pay for anything, they merely transfer the equitable interest and liability.  The real owner is the maker of it or the last one who paid for the thing with real money.  Like a mortgage, you do not 'own' your property until the debt is paid off.  Funnily enough, you STILL don't own your property because you have merely traded IOU's for title to property.

With a fiat money system, the banks own everything 'purchased' with their commercial paper.  Thus, the reams and reams of commercial law written governing these notes applies to those who use them — like income taxes.

Trades using gold, silver, crypto, barter are not actually taxable — unless of course you agree that they are when you sign your tax return.  Public/government schools will NEVER teach you true common law and your personal responsibility to keep yourself free from obligations to the bank (pretending to be the State, that's why they call themselves governors).

Ignorance of the law is no excuse.  Servitude is still the biggest racket in the world, even in America.

I love this quote!  I refer to "maddening claims" frequently when making an argument for liberty, independence, and self-reliance.  Somehow the socialists seem to think that without the state's claims upon our person, property, and labors, society would fall.  Quite the opposite in every respect.

It is the socialist that is selfish, laying claim to what is not his, that depends on the state for his welfare, in which everyone is either an 'expert' to be obeyed or a sheep to be shorn.  Talk about "maddening" ...

E Archer, NYC

Why will a person lie?  If nothing is true than a lie would be unnecessary?  It is just more of the same racket to say that 'anything' can be true.  Usually spoken in defense in order to place the onus on the one being lied to to prove it.

Changing the meaning of plain language is used to make lies sound true and veil the truth.  A purposeful lie is proof that there is real truth.

"Did you eat that cookie?"  Either you did or you didn't.  If you did and you say 'No' you are lying.  The truth is simple, only liars (who eventually believe their own lies) say the truth is whatever you believe is true.

Is it so surprising then that it is said by the wise that this world is one of delusion?  Start first by telling the truth, and look to why you lie.  Ever the path grows narrower...

What is the truth?  Whatever people purposely try to cover up with lies.  Start there, the big picture is revealed piece by piece.

'Devoted' Catholics like Nancy Pelosi, Joe Biden, and even the Pope himself come to mind.  God help us...

Mother Theresa would be shocked at how far down the road to perdition abortion 'rights' have gone.  From Planned Parenthood selling aborted baby parts  getting premium payments for intact babies and organs, to abortion up to and including the day of birth, and NOW proposed legislation to allow babies to be 'aborted' up to 2 weeks after being born!!  Give an inch, and they take a mile...

"Do unto others as you would have done unto you" is very different than "Make others do unto others what you would have them do."

E Archer, NYC

???  I've never heard either of those individuals associated with being "the king of racism" or "the greatest racist."  It is of course your own opinion with which I do not agree.

Since your question has nothing to do with the quote, I will not be continuing this dialogue.

E Archer, NYC

Yeah, that will be tough for you, Fred.  You will have to swim outside of your school of fish.  The better question is "how can I discern fact from folly?"  And "what foolish things do I believe?"

E Archer, NYC

Socialism has NEVER ruled the world, thank God.  It did rule Communist Russia  lies were a necessary pillar.  Socialism ruled in Nazi Germany where they had a Ministry of Propaganda  anyone exposing their crimes was eliminated.

Wherever socialism has been established as the rule of law, lies abound.  The Truth may not be told if the corruptions of the government will be exposed.  Socialism is legalized servitude, and dissent is crushed as quickly as possible before people realize that they are not beholden to the dictates of socialists who lay claim to everyone and everything.  Socialism is a con, and the believers suckers or down right thieves.

The ruling class of every socialist country steals all they can while in office, lying about every cause for which they tax the people.  A den of thieves and vipers, always pushing eugenics and depopulation agendas.

Sillick, you would not last long in a truly socialist country.  After you had helped identify all those who dare to be free, they would come for you next because you would have no power to yoke and will have served your purpose.

"The internet" does not 'report,' people do.  The so-called hate groups are defined usually by the Southern Poverty Law Center, one of the most hateful groups of all.
Against abortion? Hate group.
Christian?  Hate group.
Against government laying claim to our children as "their children"?  Hate group.
Against taking pride in "Sodomy Month"?  Hate group.
Showing evidence of election fraud?  Hate group.
Pointing out the Emperor is wearing no clothes? Hate group.
Pro-America, pro-Constitution?  Hate group.
And the worst hate group of all time: Trump supporters!

Anyone not 100% in line with the demoralization and by extension the destabilization of society is considered a hate group.

To learn the truth about anything, you first have to WANT to.  Then you have to tell the truth always (even "I don't know") to everyone and most importantly yourself.  Then look for it, high and low, and put it to the test.  Mostly you will discover the lies, and cast them aside one by one.  The truth is the truth is the truth  it already is so.  The rest are lies.

Be assured that whatever is being broadcast is what 'they' want you to believe.  Every. Single. Time.

The question then becomes, WHY do they want you to believe it?

Because the truth shall set you free.

The real issue is that most unthinking people do not even know that they are being held down by absolute lies.  They have been told who they are and what their obligations are, rather than answering the most fundamental questions themselves, "Who am I, and why am I here?"

That is why there is such a blatant war on 'identity' itself.  If they  can't convince you, they will try to confuse you...

Now it's the so-called 'liberals' that wish to censor.  Groupthink rules the statists, whether on the left or the right.

Thankfully, they have helped us identify what's true  whatever they call "misinformation."  This term was never used before the lies of the state were being exposed on uncensored social media bypassing the blamestream media.

'Liberals' today are just like their counterparts, the nationalist socialist democrats of Nazi Germany  propagandists.  They can't handle the truth! (So neither may you...)

E Archer, NYC

I don't know, Fred, DO you?  I believe you, speaking from personal experience, are the most qualified person to answer this question...

(These are stupid questions, by the way.  Everyday ... just trolling nonsense.)

E Archer, NYC

First, there is reality, i.e. 'what is so.'  Although reality is ever-present, we do not necessarily perceive it, understand it or know it.

The Earth exists.  How it came into existence we do not know because there was no one to observe it, as far as we know.  So we theorize about it based upon whatever information we may discover  I say discover because reality already exists, it is up to us to discover or realize what is so.

The search for the truth requires telling the truth, i.e. being factual in our witnessing of what is so.  People pass on what they know from generation to generation, and to the degree that information is factually true, we may use it as a basis for understanding further, and passing along that information.

The important key to discovering the 'truth' is to be truthful in the dissemination of information as theory, opinion, or observed phenomena.  When belief or opinion is treated as fact, anything built upon that information loses its foundation.

Man-made climate change is a theory a best, a lie at worst.  Evolution is a theory, often contradicted by observable facts like human skeletons millions of years old.  Of course carbon-dating cannot always be used as a measure of something's age.  Scientific analysis is often incorrect, so not to be treated as fact but as a hypothesis, which may in fact be true, but yet to be observed consistently.

It's not so much 'what is' that is misunderstood but the reasons given for its existence.  When it rains, we can say it is raining, and that is a fact.  WHY it is raining is a theory.

One of the cardinal sins is 'bearing false witness,' that is to say lying about something observed.  Thus one starts down the dusty road of delusion, leading people astray  usually to gain power or fame, at the expense of the deceived.

How to discern what is true?  That is the job of each of us, and then to listen to the response.  Honest dialogue leads to truth.

Sorry, Sillik, but "independently rare individual" is not a measurement of sanity.  Neither is being in the majority.

Sanity is measured by one's ability to discern reality, which may be rare, but scarcity is not the measure of sanity even though sanity is rarely among the majority.

E Archer, NYC

Exactly.  Competition, like in sports and debate, sharpens one's skills.  Without competition, there is no debate and no mastery or excellence.  Which is the primary fault with socialism, no one may dissent from the 'experts' no matter how unqualified they are.

What makes someone an expert? MERIT!  The best driver, runner, scientist is determined by their accomplishments.  You don't take advice from losers, sorry, there is no nice way to put it.  No one starts out in first place, they have to train and compete for the position.  May the best person win.

Universities that depend on federal subsidy have become indoctrination camps for Marxism.  US History is not even a requirement any more to graduate.  Pupils are accepted based upon race rather than merit, driving the overall quality down.  It is the purposeful dumbing-down of America.  Students demanding (and getting) segregated dorms, classes, graduation ceremonies have completely turned it all upside down.

Discrimination against 'colored people' was a crime, now granting special privileges to 'people of color' is the norm.

Black privilege has been the policy for decades.

E Archer, NYC

We've come a long way, baby!

Just as we warned decades ago, anyone not toeing the party line is labeled a terrorist and can be treated as such.

E Archer, NYC

Fred, your conclusions can be counted on to be 100% off-base every time.  That's an A+!

"We" are not a government of the people, we ARE the people who have chartered a representative government.  Collectivist groupthink is a mind f*ck. Is there no cure?
