No..you are in need of a History lesson. Lee inherited slaves from his father in law who had arranged for them to be freed. Lee did not initially carry this request out. He hired a slave breaker to get the slaves to work, to try to clear the debts he had also inherited. Eventually he was ordered to free them by the Virginia Legislature, but not before he had sold all their children.  

When Lee invaded Pennsylvania, the Army of Northern Virginia, kidnapped free blacks and took them into slavery.
