It is possible only through faith, hope and charity. Where does that come from? From within, prayer and meditation asking the Holy Spirit to enlighten, guide, strenghten and console you. Ask the Spirit to tell you what to do, and command you to do it. Promise to be summisive to all that befalls you as God's will for today. This leads to God conscious. When this is praticied daily, the spirituial maladie is overcome. The physcial and mental maladies are over-come naturally. It has worked for man fo over a tousand years.
