It is in the eye of the world at large, we see the robber barons and their patrons for who they really are. Now more than before. The internet works for the slave as well as the robbers.

We worship the notion of voting. I once saw a sign that said,"Don't vote, it only encourages the bastards."

This was probably a Mencken quote. Most of the other sources are worded almost the same: "Every election is a sort of advance auction of stolen goods." I'm curious, where did this version of the quote come from?

Anyway, it sounds a lot like Mencken.
