It's actually a terrible quote since it's actually happening to America (or Amerika) now. Castro now supports the Demokratic party, what a surprise that is! Individuals and protecting their rights have made the USA the most prosperous country in the world's history. Expanding government with "social" programs and government-approved education creates more citizens dependent on the same government and ignorant to historical facts and believing the government will "take care of me".
