Famous Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Quote

“I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed: 'We hold these truths to be self-evident: that all men are created equal.' ... I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character. I have a dream today.”

I think he was send from above...his dreams not only count in america but all over the world as we all need and want to live in peace with each other. In my country, Fiji, it is a multicultural society and we all have a dream of living peacefully with all the different races that call Fiji their place.

A noble aspiration.

It remains true that the fallenness of Fallen Man cannot be exorcised by political or psychopolitical means.

No doubt about it.

Such dream (his & mine) was advancing (will continue to advance) with possibly the greatest hurdle to date being Mr. Obamunist Goodwrench the assassin. Progressive hate mongers continue the assassin's lead with antagonizing innuendos, propaganda and lies. "Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that." (Dr. Martin Luther King)

The Rev. Dr. MLK Jr. spoke of an outstanding and wonderful dream that each and every person should greatly and highly strive to be respectful of anyone's and everyone's natural born rights to live free and unencumbered of moronic racism and bigotry.

Dr. King's desire for me to judge people by the content of their character finally penetrated my skull, and I wish it would penetrate into others--especially those who make the racist statements that all white people are racists and that every time a white person disagrees with a person of color, it is due to racism and not due to a legitimate difference of opinion.

"A nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character"  Wow, has American academia gone off the deep end!  Judging people by their words and actions rather than skin color is racist!  Don't you know, that racism is systemic and that colored people deserve special treatment because of their skin color alone, no matter the content of their characters?  Colored privilege trumps character apparently.  Hey, maybe people don't like you because of your character not your color, white, black, yellow  who is responsible for that?

Durham and Archer are right on target.
