The law is static. It has no emotion, no feeling. Right is right...wrong is wrong. There are no mood swings in law. Good for you...excellent.Forgiving a murder for his crime does not satisfy the law. Man, good thinking! 1Reply Frank, Morehead Anon (1/21/21) Socialism is exactly like Capitalism only they stop the flow of money at the doors of power. They paint a good picture but they lie, present fake flags, and will do anything to get power. Then BOOM...it is too late.I do believe we have a definite problem with capitalism and greed. However, I do agree with free-market opportunities...and that I have the liberty to decide what to do, when, and where. I enjoy the liberty we have as opposed to the socialism I have experienced. No comparison. They, the socialists, have vilified the word 'capitalism', employing that word in lieu of "free-market". Free gives a connotation they do not like to hear. Oh, no.... I like being free to worship God in my way, free to go where I wish to go, when I wish to go there. Do not be deceived into thinking socialism is a better system, for it is not. America is the last...er, was the last bastion of true freedom in the world.I think all that is gone...or going rather quickly. Reply Frank, Morehead J Carlton, Calgary (1/21/21) It is not the Church. The issue is hope and fear. Marxist rule by fear. Christianity, true stuff...not the lies of the false church...gives man hope of a better tomorrow. This hope has to be destroyed and the State must become the Master. Also, Christianity lays out a moral code that has served as the basis for law. Remove the basis of rules and everything is chaos. Enter Gramsci.... Reply Frank, Morehead Waffler, Smith (1/21/21) The Christian philosophy is what was being addressed. Gramsci saw that the ideas of Christianity built hope in the heart of man. Marxism wants to build the "new man". In his thinking, everything, all history, family, dependencies, props, and supports had to go. For example, John Dewey wanted to wash Christianity from the minds of all the children within society. It was he that said, "There is no God and no soul and no longer any need for the props of religion." Reply Frank, Morehead Ben, Orem, UT (1/21/21) Somebody is not studying their history. Marxist states that for their program to work, the Judeo-Christian ethic must be destroyed and removed. He, Marx, despised Christianity. Socialism is nothing but a recursor to Communism. All progressive or socialist roads lead, ultimately to Marxism...i.e. communism. 2 Reply Frank, Morehead aldo, morgan hill (1/21/21) Aldo, I am with you in your concern, but no, I do not believe America is awakened just yet. We have a Marxist/Socialist in the White House...for the second time in the last twelve years. What can we do? Help me out here. SaveOk2 Share on Facebook Tweet Email Print
