The mentally ill are at war at all times, particular against themselves.  The mentally live in a "war zone"  full of enemies made mostly from their imagination. This emphasis on weaponry is the mentally ill leading the way on the path of make believe enemy and make believe aggressive assaults.  The mentally healthy understand the situation entirely different in dealing with a mixed-up dangerous, out of control delinquent who has clearly made up a make believe world.  The mentally ill continue in their misrepresentations of all realms of life.  The mentally healthy, on the hand, try to accurately represent life in its true context and presentation. 

The mentally ill, however, in their limited capacities cannot determine or distinguish their slaying practices from the sword.  Give the mentally ill the sword, all rational or reasoning abilities are lost for the mentally ill. The sword has made the decision for them and they are a dangerous, out of control, indecisive, delinquent.  Take the sword away and the mentally ill do not feel the obligation to use it.  The mentally healthy do not need such destructive devices. The mentally healthy are in the constructive, creative dimension.

This quote is untenable. This fella is no doubt referencing his own experiences, typical of the mentally ill. The mentally healthy can explain  more thoroughly the experiential causality.  He, Mr. Von Mises, attempted to challenge oppression and failed. The reason of the failure was because he contributed to his own oppression as typically the mentally ill perform, and therefore developing a mind device called a subconscious which is the result of contradictary forces. A mentally healthy does not adapt such a device. Why associate government with your typical elected government criminals? Criminals vote for criminals. Good citizens search out and find the inspiring ideas and individuals who promote law abiding and civilized manner. Criminals look at your skin, your attire, your hair or lack of, and makes their judgement, and then cast their vote signal. The good character understands what harbors in your heart and make their contributions to government and the society at large.
