I find this amazing that what was true 300 years ago, is still true today. Now, with Obama in as President, we are no closer to keeping our individual rights, as we were during the days of Roosevelt, Woodrow Wilson, and earlier. It is not just a shift of power from one corrupt party to another, but a shift of power of: BY the People and FOR the People to BY the Government and FOR the Government. This is Socialism at its best. A limited amount of government control is necessary to keep the checks and balance in proper proportion; but when our very Bill of Rights are being attacked, specifically the 9th and 10th Amendments, then the accountability of our government is no longer accountable to us as their constituency. America must take a stand for which it believes and reach to those Statesmen that still believe the Constitution is the living document of this Land and should remain so.
