I wonder what he would think of "hate speech" and "hate crimes"? Now it matters what we say (above and beyond libel) and murder isn't just murder. It matters what a person thinks during the murder. Somehow killing one person is more heinous than killing another based on ethnicity, sexual orientation, etc?
