Alot of men back in the day use to understand the sinful nature of man. In fact, it was Benjamin Franklin who made the recommendation, during the Constitutional Debates, that everyone under the Executive Branch receive not compensation or benefits. His reason was that, "no matter how little or how much you give to a person, they will be satisfied with what little compensation they receive."
