I disagree. To argue against any breach of liberty, -( due to ill use-of it), does not argue against liberty. It is disputing an infringement of a right...a freedom.

No duty, plus we possess the power of NULLIFICATION, to Counteract Government Tyranny.
-- If the People or States are ordered to abide an unconstitutional act of the federal government, nullification is proper.

The more important business of journalists, should be to serve as unbiased educators of truth,...guardians of our Freedoms.
