Are these rights documented in Law?

Wow! "Natural Laws"! Can you imagine?

Rights protected (from government, mind you) in the 1st Amendment are supported by the rights protected in the other 9 Amendments.

I recall Douglas. He would say like above about joining any group one chooses because I'll see to it no group can refuse you membership. Truly a "take from Peter to pay Paul" type of justice!

All of these rights to do are the result of the right to freely choose what one wants to do. The freedom of choice is the first freedom an individual has by nature and without it the individual is not free. This is the right (power) that gives the individual the freedom to say yes or no to who or that which would control his life with or without his consent.

I think a wise Latina woman would make a better judgement on this subject.
