Call for an amendment which shall give standing to all citizens that they may challenge any law without being required to violate that law in order to aquire standing to make such a challenge. Call for redefining that which constitutes a felony or misdemenor. That an offense shall be deemed a Felony only upon the use of actual force or the threat of force or violence.
