Bush quote Hah, that's a laugh... I want a person in a stable state of mind to tell me to my face that George W. Bush controls the media. YEAH RIGHT. And that's why they chew him up and spit him out all the time... maybe they simply recognized that 1) it's not a totally reliable documentation. "Three witnesses"? Oh yeah, I can see it's set in stone. Really, there's little solid evidence of this. You don't think that Bush's enemies would love to throw some dirt on him? It's a possibility... And 2) everyone under that much stress, that little sleep, gets exasperated. And they make mistakes. Unfortunately for leaders today, we remember every little thing. But say it is true, and Bush DID say that, if he doesn't make a habit of expressing that sentiment, if this was the only one statement, we could surmise that he doesn't really mean it. Doesn't everyone say stupid stuff sometimes? And NONE of us can imagine the stress a president is put under. Anyways, I don't make a habit of believing bad reports unless it's firmly documented. Yes, even reports about the Clintons. SaveOk2 Share on Facebook Tweet Email Print
