The quotation is fine, the commentary sucks, and some has been touched upon, but to suggest that to judge someone by their grammar is underhanded is only something an uneducated person would do. Indeed, judge a fool by his words and his inability to express himself, because he foolishly chose that path. The road to hell is paved with good intentions.
