We only have to obey constitutional LAWS.State's rights are supposed to be subordinate to personal rights.Otherwise a State could revoke all religions and institute none or a State religion.A State could abolish the 4th and 5th amendment rights too.Can they? Not legally.Watch Karl Lentz's stuff on you tube. 1 Reply simply me, wichita 11/23/21 re: Miller v. U.S. quote Since when does someone else's right nullify YOUR rights?Speaking of jury duty.It is a right for the accused but if you have deeply held convictions against it (such as thou shalt not judge), then what?I also believe in Jury Nullification too.Prosecutors will try everything in ther power to get rid of you and Defense will try everything in their power to keep you.And then there is that sworn oath a juror HAS to take. Or do they?A military oath preempts everything else. No higher oath exists. If you took a military oath, you can not take any other oath that might diminish or violate that oath.Military oath is for life.Mask mandates are not laws. Those violate 18 USC section 241 and 242.
