A. L. Wirin was a news source and a friend when I was a young reporter in Los Angeles from the 1930s into the 1960s, including a period when I saw him appear before the U.S. Supreme Court in the Eisenhower-Kennedy era. This quote of his would merit a 10-star rating! Paul Weeks, retired at age 86 in Oceanside, Ca.

The constitutional bundle is a concept depicting the individual sovereignty, unalienable rights, liberty, and "laws of nature and of nature's God" that are the foundational jurisprudence that - the Constitution raps itself around. It is a tragedy of biblical proportion to observe the occupying statist theocracy infesting this land's destruction thereof.

There is always money to be made siding with the opposition of the Constitution. Seeing the quote speaks of a truth, does not expose Wirin's philosophy in representing such destructive causes.

How has "hate speech" become a crime?  Hate is not a crime, perhaps a sin, but not a crime.  How can expressing an honest opinion be "hate" but yelling "F* you!" not be?
