An ordinary but true concept expressed by a horribly ordinary mind.

Ahhh, OK. Really weak but, OK. It is one way. It is very scary looking back to the elective choices of Romney and Mr. Obamunist Goodwrench the assassin when considering the capacity of ordinary people to judge: a mild mannered fascist that had a rudimentary understanding of what works in economics (not a natural / fiscal law proponent by any measurement). He had a heart and history of helping people far more than hurting. His opponent; a murdering communist with a history being bent on destroying every thing that was good about America. It didn't matter that some place had 0% of the vote for the nice guy fascist and 108% vote for the murdering communist, nobody cared enough to investigate or prosecute. AND, with pre - programmable voting so prevalent in today's contests, what do ordinary people have to do with it anyway ?

Yes, but more importantly, our way of life is predicated on the capacity of the States to accurately count and report ballots. Our election process is highly suspect -- and yet every attempt to make voting machines as secure as an ATM has been thwarted. Election fraud is widespread I believe -- you can tell mostly by the authorities who are so concerned about our freedom that we are searched and patted down nearly everywhere, but oh no, our voting machines are without defect, neither are they in need of securing.

The populace needs to "judge carefully and well" the election process as well -- from end to end. Corruption abounds.

It is sadly obvious in this 2018 November General Election that "the capacity of ordinary people to judge carefully and well” greatly failed in the votes cast for the Federal House members.
