The 'laws' referenced by Einstein are divine directives of a carnal man's legal positivism - the god/man can create law out of nothing. At natural law, being intended the de jure origination of the States united, law defines that which is (gravity, physics, fiscal law, etc.) Tools such as codes, ordinances, regulations, rules, statutes, etc. orders the natural law for man's administrations. Man's rules (laws) cannot secure freedom of expression. .Natural law's subsequent order defines man view presentations without penalty. The nobility of man is expressed when there is a spirit of tolerance throughout the entire population.

Funny how the 'progressives' have become some of the most intolerant of opposing viewpoints. I expect as much from the fundamental 'right' but even they have come along over the years. Must we all embrace every deviation of common decency? Is dissent reserved only for the nihilists? We have become so 'liberal' that voluntary conservatism is considered evil. What is evil is compulsion to a social order -- the very same thing the progressives have fought about -- now standing up for your own beliefs is considered intolerable if they are in opposition to the 'liberal' agenda.
