I'm not sure how to rate this. There are now centuries where a diminishing of constitutional consideration has been occurring. In the occupying statist theocracy now infesting this land, there seems to only be distain for freedom, constitutionally limiting administration at natural law, liberty and justice for all and individual sovereign's inalienable rights. Corruption and tyranny are so pervasive in all 4 branches of government (inclusive of the evangelical propagators = MSM) that laws according to the spirit of the Constitution are totally void.

Hamilton found himself at odds, while consturring corruption. Eventually receiving a just reward for his efforts.

One of the weaker links of the chains of the Constitution -- how to check the Judiciary and the lawyers' guild/monopoly/racket? It's the fox guarding the hen house. Seize all aspects of the law and due process, and rule by judicial diktat. That is how the de jure common law has been substituted with de facto commercial/civil/colorable law. Statist theocracy indeed, Mike.
