I'm not quite sure how to rate this. I can put definitions to the quote where 5 stars would not be enough while on the other hand, a thumb's down doesn't do it justice either. Context would help. Jackson was one of those love or hate him kind of people — except for rare exceptions, he was not the greatest advocate of rights or liberty.
