Bruce Ackerman Quote

“There is simply no escaping the fact that the fate of the Constitution is in our hands -- as voters, representatives, justices. If we allow ourselves to abuse the tradition of higher lawmaking, the very idea that the Constitution can be viewed as the culminating expression of a mobilized citizenry will disintegrate. After all, the American Republic is no more eternal than the Roman -- and it will come to an end when American citizens betray their Constitution’s fundamental ideals and aspirations so thoroughly that existing institutions merely parody the public meanings they formerly conveyed.”

To the current crop of those who run our country, the Constitution is just something to ignore on their headlong rush to socialism.

Judges are no longer Judges (If they ever were) they are merely administrators of legal code. Question is...who has been establishing that code?

It does seem that there is an awakening among the Americans -- perhaps it was always there but without the internet unable to be published? How this will play out, I do not know, but if the ideals and principles of Liberty are restored then something is going to happen to all those agencies and bureaus in Washington, DC! It will most likely be due to the next Civil War or perhaps called the War between the States and DC. Federal employees take notice: you are living off the oppressed citizens of the nation -- I suggest finding some honest work soon.

The PEOPLE become slackers...and the fault lies with them...

I timely warning to be sure. The people must be vigilant or all can be lost. We forget at our peril that the USA is an experiment. Lincoln reminded us in The Gettysburg Address. The internet is a medium for informing the public and enabling individuals to join the ranks with like minded folks of whatever persuastion. The danger remains that being allowed to vote via the internet will be advanced as a boon to freedom and liberty. It will be the means to an end for our country. Just check out how Napoleon came to power and you will shudder.

The fate of the Constitution is absolutely in the hands of the individual sovereigns. The de jure States united was to abide a "law of nature and of nature's God" (Declaration of Independence) jurisprudence. We The People (individually and in concert) have rejected individual sovereignty, inalienable rights, liberty, justice and the nobility of the specie man by accepting demonic tyranny from fain claiming constitutional scholars that assert a tradition of higher lawmaking. Man can not create law within a jurisprudence of nature's law (the law already exists), man/carnal gods can only create chaos and tyranny  thereafter calling it law. Under nature's law, corporeal man can only use tools such as codes, ordinances, regulations, rules, statutes, etc. to structurally order the law's administration.
