We fought against oppression and tyranny in Europe and Asia in two World Wars. We fought again in Korea and Viet Nam and now we are supposedly fighting "terrorism" in the Middle East. Yet we now put up with a host of alphabet agencies infinging on our freedoms and rights in the name of "security". The Constituion, the founding principles of the nation, have been so perverted as to be unrecognizable. Some will smugly call it progress and go back to the mall or standing in line for the latest apple phone...but some, know what is happening and see it for what it really is. "Oppression" and the complete loss of our rights and freedoms that so many brave men and women fought and died to preserve for us. Our Government no longer works for us...they are owned lock stock and barrel by elitist foreign bankers and corporate interests. Abolish the Fed and Remove the Cancer that is killing the free world. 1 Reply Mike, Norwalk 9/18/12 J Carlton, said very well. Both ends of the theocratic socialist stick (Democrat / Republican, communist / fascist, progressive / neocon, etc.), in their endeavor to consciously shape our (their's and our's) future are advancing their devastation in accordance with the high ideals of a despotic utopia. It is indeed a great tragedy that those that have died for, and/or known - know freedom, liberty, inalienable rights, and the pursuit of happiness are now suffering under the occupation of such a statist theocracy. 1 Reply E Archer, NYC 9/18/12 I do believe Americans are waking up. However, the ballot alone gives no relief as the choices are but different guys from the same statist club. Fascism is in fact the form of government that was installed during FDR's tenure, and we have been goose-stepping ever since. Washington DC must be put back in its 10 square mile box -- it is in the Constitution! Security is NOT more important than Liberty. 1 Reply jim k, Austin 9/19/16 J Carlton, Mike, and E Archer have said it well. SaveOk2 SaveOk2 View CommentsClick to view or comment.
