Except there is no law that requires the common man to file an income tax return... 3 Reply Uben Hadagin, Paris Landing 5/2/12 I think the Fed told the truth in saying their system "works (us) only with credit." The IRS collects no money, they just collect checks that authorizes banks to reduce your credit so that your consumption is regulated. In 1920, Economist, John M. Keynes wrote: "If governments should refrain from regulation....the worthlessness of the money becomes apparent and he fraud upon the public can be concealed no longer." --The Economic Consequences of the Peace. We should learn all other means used to regulate our consumption. besides diet soda and fluoride. 2 Reply J Carlton, Calgary 5/3/12 By a continuing process of inflation, government can confiscate, secretly and unobserved, an important part of the wealth of their citizens. John Maynard Keynes Reply J Carlton, Calgary 5/3/12 I work for a Government I despise for ends I think criminal. John Maynard Keynes Reply Mike, Norwalk 4/26/16 Excellent comments. The IRS is not a lawful or government entity with a constitutional enabling act. The second plank of the communist manifesto is diametrically opposed to, at a bare minimum, Article IV Section 4 and the 13th Amendment of the Constitution, the law of nature and of nature's God, justice, liberty, freedom and morality. No real consideration has ever been given to an ability to understand the code (NOT LAW) because, its primary focus is control of chattel. Reply cal, Lewisville 4/26/16 Money magazine puts out a fictitious corporation each year and sends it to the big according firms. None of these returns even come close in conclusion.
