Capital is defined by commercial and personal terms, both relating to and commencing from an individual. Capital, as it relates to an individual is either money (a tangible of intrinsic value - gold or silver coin for example) or property. Both the money and property come from an exchange of labor. Capital is the excess money or property (having life’s cost taken care of) used for investment. Capital in a commercial setting is the individual’s investment (usually recognized through stock). The overall concept is sound, just worded a bit weirdly. Reply Ronw13, Yachats Or 9/15/15 Georgism, and the use of Amal labor, economic rent, taxing land values.
