Justice Hugo L. Black Quote

“What finally emerges from the ‘clear and present danger’ cases is a working principle that the substantive evil must be extremely serious and the degree of imminence extremely high before utterances can be punished…It must be taken as a command of the broadest scope that explicit language, read in the context of a liberty-loving society, will allow.”

Not shooting the messenger, the first segment of the comment is an astute in the obvious (especially for the politically correct, favored patrons of the occupying statist theocracy infesting this land and all else as is pushing the current anti-liberty agenda). The second half of the here comment is also accurate though very, VERY deceiving. By way of example; the Patriot Act, Affordable Care Act, Hitlary's dealings with Black Panthers, Benghazi, e-mail exposure of illegal activity, etc. NOTE* what liberty-loving society? The accuracy is, if a bunch of words (explicit language) are grouped together like 'freedom', 'patriot', 'equal', etc. the helots, serfs and slaves of the current tyranny may grumble but will follow. Actual liberty is not allowed and done away with.
