James Madison Quote

“The accumulation of all powers, legislative, executive, and judiciary, in the same hands, whether of one, a few, or many, and whether hereditary, self-appointed, or elective, may justly be pronounced the very definition of tyranny.”

Mr. Madison's first three: "Legislative, executive and judiciary" are now the tyrannical forces driving our country into ruin.

We must retake control of those three branches.

Excellent quote describing our government today.

By way of example: The supreme court of the U.S.A. (SCOTUS) was never to be the ultimate arbitrator of law. The constitution was to be the supreme law of the land; which means to say the servants within the de jure body politic (by reference - judges) could / can do nothing that they are not given direct authority to do. SCOTUS was never given authority to create law or designate a national establishment of religion's ordinances - mandatory on all other religions. The executive was never given authority or right to create enforceable law. Mr. Bush the torturer, Mr. Obamunist Goodwrench the murder were never given authority to create law. The legislature was never given authority to enlarge its authority beyond constitutional limits. The accumulation of all powers (omnipotent) by the occupying statist theocracy infesting this land illuminates the absolute of Madison's here quote.

Right on, Mike! Deception is the order of the day. Keep the general populace ignorant and entertained with 'programs' that condition them to a culture of schools, cops, lawyers, hospitals, court rooms, and government buildings to which we must all bow in obedience in the name of the law and order. A far cry from the republican government the States chartered into a federal government of limited and enumerated powers.

The tool that turned the republic upside down was the establishment of a central bank that could print up its own money and lend it at interest, thus the power to buy (i.e. own/control) the entire country and everyone in it. States cannot afford to exercise their sovereignty because they will lose the federal funding upon which they now depend. Same for the people -- the currency will lose its value literally overnight once enough lose confidence in it. When the US dollar really crashes (maybe the next time...) that will be the best time for States to reassert their sovereignty and kick out the federal government from within their borders. The nations of the world must extract themselves from this system of extortion and usury, it is not enough for Americans alone to wake up. It is happening, but you won't hear about it from the MSM.
