The opposite of "good men" are Congressmen.

We hold this truth to be self evident ! ! ! Each and every, any and all government licenses are immoral, unconstitutional, antithetical to the laws of nature and of nature's God, contrary to liberty and destructive to justice.

Check out "The Institute for Justice" and see why I think this is the best group fighting onerous government rules and regulations. Not just from the Fed, but local, county and state licenses and regulations that restrict freedom. Right now they are fighting against civil forfeiture laws that are among the worst.

By extremely terse example, a license is:

A privilege or “A right given by some competent authority to do an act, which with out such authority would be illegal.” (Bouvier’s Law Dictionary)

“A personal privilege to do some particular act or series of acts -- by competent authority --, without such permission would be illegal, a trespass, a tort, or otherwise not allowable.” (Black’s Law Dictionary, 6th Edition)

“The permission, by competent authority to do an act which without permission, would be illegal, a trespass, or a tort.” (People vs. Henderson, 218 NW.2d 2, 4).

By way illustration and not by way of exculpatory legalisms’ res judicata limitation(s): A Constitutionally expressed / defined “Title of Nobility” was/is: “To confer a title of nobility, is to nominate to an order of persons to whom privileges are granted -- It is not necessarily hereditary, and the objection to it arises more from the privileges supposed to be attached, than to the otherwise empty title or order.” (Horst v. Moses 48 Ala. 129, 142 (1872)

Unconstitutional Titles of Nobility include: driver, husband/wife, contractor, doctor and lawyer. When did the religious sacrament of marriage between consenting adults become illegal that a third party competent authority needed to sell the privilege of not being prosecuted for acting within such illegal activity? Those that perceive the more licenses they have, the more free they are, are delusional in their disgust for individual sovereignty, inalienable rights, liberty and "the laws of nature and of nature's God. (Declaration of Independence).
