Fitly framed together assures longevity. Stone works very well. Maintenance requires a love, of the skill, of building. Attention paid to Every detail. Many so called builders, never pick up the hammer. But only want the glory. Idle hands, and the building decays. Just look around. So some, older builders, seek out skilled craftsmen, to keep the roof over their heads. Skilled builders have always been the key to maintenance.
