We're reaching a point where the majority of laws are unjust and in place merely to criminalize the majority of people. After all the only power any government has over people is the power to enforce "laws". I'm a great admirer of ML King for many of the things he said.

At Natural / Constitutional law - there are no evil laws (lex injusta non est lex, an unjust law is not law - law enforcement is an oxymoron) At a tyrant's legal positivism, canons are erroneously called law to enslave - at such scenario, most of the so-called laws are evil (anti-law, liberty, rights, etc.). Compelled compliance, license, victimless crimes, larceny with impunity and anti-inalienable right edicts are all unjust enforcement by malignant despots. Having the highest respect for law, we will not obey your evil laws.

Would he say Obama Care is just?

CONSCIENCE -- is the root of liberty, in our choices, in our judgments, in juries, in the voting booth, in defense of ourselves and each other. Whether we operate from a code of ethics that comes from our religion or beliefs or whatever, in the end we are talking about conscience, and in a free republic, the conscience of the people rules. May it ever be so.
