Max Stirner Quote

“A race of altruists is necessarily a race of slaves. A race of free men is necessarily a race of egoists.”

I think what he says makes sense. If a man is altruist, he moves for the neccesity of others, but if he moves for his neccesities, he is free. Thus, it is essential to be free, but let us also feel compassion for others in need, and when we can, may we do something about it.

A people that willingly serve or help their brothers and sisters lifts each person (individually and in concert) to greater realizations of love, truth, inalienable rights, liberty, peace and prosperity. Slavery is by force, threat and duress.

"free men" "egoists" when considered as in common are in fact, an oxymoron.

Vanity lies on both sides of the coin.
" Art thou called being a servant? care not for it: but if thou mayest be made free, use it rather. For he that is called in the Lord, being a servant, is the Lord's freeman: likewise also he that is called, being free, is Christ's servant. Ye are bought with a price; be not ye the servants of men." I Corin 7:21 kjb. with that being said, "For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope." Rom 8:20 kjb.
