Neal Boortz Quote

“Our founding fathers detested the idea of a democracy and labored long to prevent America becoming one.  Once again -- the word 'democracy' does not appear in the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution of the United States, or the constitution of any of the fifty states.  Not once. Furthermore, take a look at State of the Union speeches.  You won’t find the 'D' word uttered once until the Wilson years.”

Yes, this is a constitutional republic - quite different from a democracy. Look it up!

It's hard to argue with facts .

E Archer, NYC

The concerted effort to move away from republican principles to a traditional centralized power structure has turned a sovereign citizen into a serf. Only in America can a living breathing person lay claim to land as his own, free and clear of any liens or encumbrances forever. Only this has been long forgotten. As well, American money was by law silver and gold. An income tax was found to be unconstitutional and revoked.

However, today, Americans are taxed annually on their land, their labors, and their property, and their money confiscated and replaced with a currency that is rented. We own nothing now -- but are liable for all. Democracy justifies this hegemony in the name of majority rule -- but of course, the lemmings only know what they are told and are easily influenced. Just look at the last presidential elections -- we may believe we have a choice, but we are given the choices, so we merely end up voting for either one of the same fraternity.

Well put.

Bull's-eye Mr. Archer!
Our people have been so dumbed down through the progressive era starting with Wilson the term progressive got such a bad name they had to change it to liberalism to again pull the wool over the eyes of the people and when that is discovered they change the name again but the philosophy behind it is always the same a departure from natural law principles our country was founded on.

Democracy is just another word for democrat.

We hold this truth to be self evident! ! !

“Law” has a broad nomenclature that divides into multiple political philosophies, rendering many temporal images, understandings, mental aberrations, systems and differing exercises. An authoritative source helps define subsequent philosophical applications as well as the applied system of law and justice. – By example: 1) “the laws of nature and of nature’s God” (Declaration of Independence {natural law nomenclature animates an umbrella of that which is eternal and absolute in nature} natural law - ) Infinite and unwavering rules of nature are categorically understood through assessable proficiencies such as gravity, physics, math, life, liberty and property (the constitutional law of the land). 2) Legal Positivism; Legal Positivism is arbitrary, “An arbitrary law is one made by the legislator simply because he wills it, and is not founded in the nature of things;” (Bouvier’s Law Dictionary) – Legal Positivism is most often “used in opposition to natural law” (Bouvier’s Law Dictionary). 3) Legal Realism; Legal Realism is arbitrary and habitually time/situation fleeting, instituted by any source, at any time regardless of natural law or legal positivism (executive, judicial, personal, etc.). 4) etc.

The de jure States united, by its / their founding declarations and definitions was to use tools such as codes, ordinances, regulations, rules, statutes, etc. to define the law that already existed in nature. One of the antithetical philosophies to individual sovereignty, inalienable rights, liberty, the nobility of the specie and natural law (and a common law based thereon) is recognized as “democracy”. Compromising natural law with a democracy (the will of the majority’s legislators, executives and judges) illustrates such end results as slavery and “woke progressivism”.
